Hello we have an iPad which is stuck in 'lost mode.' It's now been returned to us and in Intune I've set the lost mode to disabled however, as the iPad doesn't have wifi connection it hasn't picked up on the change and is still showing as being lost.
There's no apple ID associated with the device as it's managed through intune and apple sign in is disabled so am unable to stop lost mode from icloud. I've tried putting it in recovery mode and into a Mac to format it via apple config manager but have had no luck. Has anyone had this issue before and how did you manage to get round this
