Sibelius 7.5, library stored on network, unable to play all instruments

Hi All Have any of you come across this problem before... I've got sibelius 7.5.1 installed on windows 10 machines, the sound library is stored on our apps server. So far so good...? Now when I try and play instruments, keyboard and voice seem to play fine, but guitars and percussion just don't...
